The Bakeonomist was founded in 2020, by Economist and professionally trained Pastry Chef, Simrun Modha. After years of baking as a hobby, Simrun decided to take the plunge.
Having trained at Le Cordon Bleu in London, Simrun believes that she has the knowledge and skills to create exciting and delicious sweet treats.
“We want to give our customers bespoke and personalised items, that are guaranteed to WOW your friends & family. Our products are made with the best quality ingredients, and you can really taste the difference. The biscuits are all hand iced, and they truly are a labour of love.”
