The design makes them easy to pack and they open flat so makes it stable for use at lunchtime. They are simple to clean and therefore more hygienic than flexible fabric lunchboxes.

We do not recommend putting it through a dishwasher or soaking in water for a period of time in order to keep the personalised label in tip top condition , however due to the nature of the box and the ease of cleaning neither of these options should be required.

The box features an easy to open but secure clasp that even the littlest hands will be able to master!

They are the perfect size to fit sandwiches, a drink, crisps, a yogurt and a couple more treats or snacks with room to spare.

When my son (now 15!) started primary school we had many fabric lunchboxes that quickly deteriorated of became fusty and mouldy. I went in search of a traditional style box, like I had when I was small and found a manufacturer of the boxes but nothing with a colourful or funky design that would make it that bit more fun and personal! After much experimenting we came up with a durable substrate we could use to make the boxes more fun and the new retro lunchbox was born!

These are made in the UK from food grade recyclable plastic and meet all UK and EU regulations. They are hinged with a handle making them easy and comfortable to carry.
