Standard Delivery: 1-2 working days from dispatch.
Express Delivery: Next working day, from dispatch. 1-hour delivery window & optional inflight changes available in case of emergencies.
Saturday Delivery: All the benefits of express delivery, with a premium Saturday delivery slot.
We strongly advise a mobile number be provided to receive real-time SMS notifications.
What happens if you miss your delivery?
DPD will attempt to deliver again the next working day. Alternatively, you can rearrange your delivery using the tracking details provided. If you are not able to receive your order, we advise a secure and sheltered safe place is provided to the courier via the tracking link.
An incorrect address was provided, can it be changed?
Yes. If your order has not yet been accepted/processed, we can amend this for you at no additional charge. If your order has been processed and/or despatched but has not yet reached the day of delivery, we can amend this for a fee of £7.50. Please contact us immediately if you require assistance.
Can I return my hamper for a refund?
Yes. A refund will be issued upon the return of the hamper when received in its original condition. Returns are to be arranged by the customer and sent to EDEN TREATS, UNIT 22, HITHER GREEN INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, CLEVEDON, BS21 6XU.
All returns incur a 25% restocking fee.
Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
