Our Roast Potato Oil brings the savoury depth you'd normally get from animal fat, so the roasties are crisp and full of flavour. Three veggie rubs then take care of the nut roast, the veg and the meat free sausages.

Roast Potato Oil, 250ml. Cold pressed Cotswold rapeseed oil infused with smoke, rosemary and garlic. It won Food Product of the Year at the Cotswold Life Food & Drink Awards. Heat it in the tin before the potatoes go in for a crunchy, golden finish.

Veggie Rub No. 1, 50g. Warm, fragrant spices: ginger, garlic, chilli, cumin, coriander, cardamom and paprika. Lovely on cauliflower, carrots and squash.

Veggie Rub No. 2, 50g. Halen Môn sea salt, garlic, ancho and nutritional yeast for a savoury, umami seasoning. Shake it over roast veg, tofu or mushrooms.

Veggie Rub No. 5, 50g. Sweet, smoky and spicy, with smoked paprika and three Mexican chillies. Good on meat free sausages, halloumi and roast potatoes.
