Sunday Roast Gift Set, British Roast Dinner Kit

Everything for a proper Sunday roast, from the potatoes to the trimmings. T

he star is our Roast Potato Oil, which won Food Product of the Year at the Cotswold Life Food & Drink Awards and gives you crispier roasties, no goose fat required.

Alongside it are a rub for the chicken, a dust for the pigs in blankets and an all purpose roast dinner seasoning.

Ideal for dads, grandads and whoever cooks the Sunday lunch in your family, and a strong Christmas present for the host.

Blended and hand packed in small batches in Broadway in the Cotswolds.

Four pieces, one for each part of the roast.

Roast Potato Oil, 250ml. Cold pressed Cotswold rapeseed oil infused with smoke, rosemary and garlic. Rapeseed oil copes with high oven heat, which is what gets you a crunchy outside and a fluffy middle. Heat it in the tin before the potatoes go in.

Roast Chicken Rub, 50g. Lemony and garlicky, with thyme, sumac, marjoram and black pepper. Rub it over the bird with a little oil before roasting.

Pigs in Blankets Dust, 50g. Smoky and slightly sweet, with paprika and three Mexican chillies. Roll the pigs in blankets through it before they go in the oven.

Roast Dinner Dust, 50g. Halen Môn sea salt with garlic, cayenne, ancho and nutritional yeast. Shake it over roast vegetables, parsnips, carrots or the potatoes themselves.

Want a vegetarian version? The Veggie Roast Dinner Kit swaps the meat rubs for three veggie rubs.

For a smaller gift, the British Roast Dinner Trio has rubs for beef, lamb and chicken in a tube.
