Ingredients Whisky Butter: Sugar, British butter (39%) (MILK), Cotswolds Distillery single malt whisky (8%), sea salt.
Béarnaise Sauce: Cotswold Gold cold pressed extra virgin rapeseed oil (32%), rapeseed oil, butter (MILK) (13%), free range EGG (10%), white wine vinegar (SULPHITES), shallots (5%), lemon juice, free range EGG yolk (2%), sugar, salt, tarragon (1%), Dijon MUSTARD (water, MUSTARD seeds, alcohol vinegar, salt), black pepper (0.1%), xanthan gum, guar gum.
Truffle Mayonnaise: Cold pressed rapeseed oil infused with white truffle (80%), free range liquid pasteurised whole EGG (12%), white wine vinegar, granulated sugar, lemon juice, sea salt.
Marie Rose Sauce: Rapeseed oil, free range whole EGG (13%), cider vinegar, extra virgin rapeseed oil (4%), tomato purée, lemon juice, sugar, salt, Worcestershire sauce (malt vinegar (from BARLEY), spirit vinegar, molasses, sugar, salt, anchovies (FISH), tamarind extract, onions, garlic, spice, flavouring), MUSTARD flour, cayenne pepper, Tabasco sauce (distilled vinegar, red pepper, salt), black pepper.
Hot Mango Chutney: Onions, red jalapeño mash (14%) (red jalapeño peppers, salt, acetic acid), mango (10%), garlic, cider vinegar, brown sugar, lemon concentrate, coriander, crushed chillies (1%), ginger, salt, nigella seeds, ground cumin.
Sweet Tomato Relish: Red pepper, sugar, tomato (14%), red wine vinegar, chilli, garlic, ginger.
Allergens Contains milk, egg, mustard, sulphites, fish and gluten from barley, shown in capitals above. Not suitable for vegetarians (the Marie Rose contains anchovies). Not suitable for a gluten free diet.
Making and provenance Made by three British producers, Cotswold Gold, Lucy's Dressings and The Wonky Food Co., and boxed in small batches in Broadway, Worcestershire, in the Cotswolds.
