Hi, we're Puzzle Post — a small team who make puzzle games designed to be opened together, argued over, and (hopefully) cracked before anyone gives up.
It started in a living room during lockdown, when a few of us really missed playing games with mates. So we made our own — a handful of clues, some Sharpies, and a slightly chaotic group chat. We wrote a puzzle, sealed it in an envelope, and posted it anonymously to a friend. People loved it far more than we expected, and it snowballed from there. What started as a few of us round a table has grown into a proper team — but we still write every storyline, design every puzzle, and test every clue ourselves.
You know the feeling — it's someone's birthday, or Christmas is looming, and you're staring at another candle, another pair of socks, wondering if there's anything left that actually feels like a gift. Something that gets a real reaction, not a polite "aw, thanks."
That's what we build for. No boring puzzles, no filler. Think secret messages hidden in menus, an online vault that won't open till you crack the code, a research station gone quiet in the Arctic — escape room meets dinner party meets "wait, what just happened?" Solve it together, and you get a reaction no candle ever will.
Everything we make is plastic-free, fully recyclable, and printed on FSC-certified paper — we care about that as much as we care about the puzzles themselves. And if you want to make it properly personal, some of our games can be tailored to the person you're sending them to.
Whether it's a birthday, a proposal, a rainy Sunday, or Christmas morning chaos, we make games built for the moment you open them together.
Thanks for having us,
Bobbie & Will

In a nutshell, this game is fun! I am as ever super impressed with Puzzle Post. From the absolutely wonderful interactions I have with them each time (great customer service!), to the care and quality that goes into every one of their letters – I just love it! They’re my favourite letter/gift puzzle service (is that the correct terminology? I’m not sure) here in the UK and if you’re ever stuck on what to get someone for a gift, you can’t go wrong here.
Puzzle Post is exactly how it sounds, puzzles that you receive in the post, although I say you receive it, it’s more designed for you to send it to someone else. We were contacted by the designers of the game and they asked us if we would be interested in giving it a go, it was a no brainer, the concept alone was intriguing enough. It’s a great concept, perfectly delivered (no pun intended) and has so many uses. Party invitation? Pregnancy reveal? Happy Birthday message? So many options!
USP aside, how was puzzle post…? It was beautiful, the production values are very high and the material has a pleasing & charming aesthetic. There was something undeniably precious about this game. It felt very “made with love” and I was very impressed by the quality and amount of content packed into that sumptuous red envelope!
Puzzle Post's true joy derives from the ability to personalize a hidden message, to express your affection in a fun, unusual fashion, and NOT to give a rage induced aneurysm due to frustrating mental acrobatics!
