Your personalisation needs to be:
1) Written with a black pen (thicker than a biro is perfect - e.g. a Sharpie)
2) Leaving an empty border/edge around the message
3) On plain white paper, with no other markings or writing/doodles.

As members of Sedex, one of the world’s leading ethical trade service providers, they aim to improve working conditions in global supply chains.
Using real leather means that you may find creases, small marks or blemishes on them and some small differences in colour from the one shown, this is the natural character of leather and we really like the unique quality it gives to each product.
The leather is treated with natural oils to keep it protected, water-resistant, and to give it a rich, smooth finish. While it’s a hard-wearing leather the character is such that there may be a map of small creases, marks or blemishes telling the tale of its travels.
As it ages it will naturally become softer and slightly darker. We love how unique this makes every wash bag, and we hope you do too.
