Bound in elegant sari fabric handcrafted by skilled artisans in Varanasi, India, our sari photo albums make stunning fair-trade gifts for your colour-loving loved ones. Commemorate an anniversary, wedding, or other special occasion by filling one with favourite memories.
The albums are adorned with a detailed sari button and are available in a range of sizes, our larger albums are perfect as a lightweight sketchbook, whereas our smaller products are great for adding those cherished digital or polaroid prints.
Each album contains 30 pages (60 sides) of recycled acid-free cotton paper which are interleaved with protective tissue paper to keep all of your most treasured photos safe. The small album can hold up to 60 standard 6x4 inch photos, the medium and large albums can hold up to 120 photos and the XL up to 240 photos.
The pages are plain to give you the freedom to fill them however you choose. Photos can be added using photo corners, which are available in any good photography shop, spray mount or simple glue. The plain pages mean that this album is also perfect for use as a sketch or scrap book!
Please note, we don't recommend using fountain pens with this type of handmade paper.
Add gift wrapping to your order, and we’ll wrap your gift in our highly sustainable Lokta paper. Choose from 3 festive colours, each with a handprinted metallic gold pattern, and tied in sustainable jute string. The thick, luxurious texture of the handmade paper makes it easy to reuse many times.
We also have the option to add 250 clear self-adhesive photo corners which are self adhesive and will stick to all types of paper pages.
