HOW TO SEND YOUR PHOTO:

• Please send your photo after placing your order

• Login to your account and go to ‘My Orders’

• Click ‘Contact the Seller’

• Click ‘Choose Files’ at the bottom of the page and select your image

• Click ‘Submit’

We will be in touch if we think the image is not suitable for printing. Please note that light photographs will not result in the best finish, as very bright areas will appear completely clear once printed. For best results choose an image that is not too contrasting and not too bright. Please do get in touch if you have any queries about your image.

You can choose to have your gift beautfully gift wraped with the design of your choice. This comes with a matching ribbon which will be beautifully tied in a bow. You can also add a matching gift tag, if you choose this option please ensure you contact us with a short message if you would like one to be hand written on the tag.

All of our products are wrapped in eco friendly packaging, we use paper bubble wrap, reuse packaging wherever possible, paper tape and recyled boxes for a safe arrival of all our products in packaging without all the unnecessary waste.
