Hello! I am Marlies, the person behind Olivia Morgan Ltd. It is named after my middle name and surname, as the it is all run by myself, from the designs to the customer service.
I started up Olivia Morgan back in 2014 just as I finishing university, where I studied printed textiles. I have always had a passion for art and design. So running my own creative business was the next logical step for me.
When I first started I made orders from my tiny one bed studio flat in the evenings after my day job. Fast forward four years and I now run my business from a beautiful studio space in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside. Its definitely a full time job and one that I love.
I love developing new products and creating new patterns for them. When I get a sale for a new product or design I always get very excited that someone else out there loves it too!
All free delivery items are usually sent via 48 hour royal mail service and takes 2-3 days to arrive after dispatch. If you require an order quicker please get in touch and we will be happy to help.
All packages are wrapped carefully with care to ensure they arrive safely with you. If you would like your item to be sent direct to the recipient please ensure you select that is is a gift at the check out. This ensures that a gift invoice can be included for you, with a short message. I do try to re use packaging wherever possible to help with unnecessary rubbish, so please do keep your packing and reuse it in the future!

All Personalised products are non returnable or refundable.
Full refunds will not be given on any faulty item unless it is returned to us.
If your item arrives later than advertised, you cannot claim a full refund without returning the product. If you no longer need your order you will need to return it to get a refund.
If Items are not collected from the post office and are returned to me by Royal Mail, then the customer has to pay for the re-delivery costs as it is the customers responsibility to collect their parcel or arrange a redelivery with royal mail if they miss the first delivery.
You have 30 days after you place your order to get in touch about any issues with your order or to let us know it has not yet arrived. After this time has passed we cannot be held responsible for your order.
Orders that arrive after the needed date due to postal issues can be returned for a refund only. No refunds will be given if the item is not returned. Customer is responsible for returning the item safely and securely.
