Rewind to the swinging sixties baby, because this personalised birth year box is all about bell-bottoms and beatlemania! We've used authentic fonts to recreate the 1960s for children of the stars.
The decade saw NASA put a man on the moon and half a century later (and no less impressively) we've figured out how to carve their name and birth year into a box to be filled with memories.
These handcrafted, solid wood boxes make the best landmark brithday presents. Carved to order, availability is limited by time taken to complete them. Order early to avoid disappointment.
Variations
After hand-shaping, finishing and waxing, we personalise your all wooden box by mechanically carving your chosen text into its wooden lid.
After carving your text, it is 'whitened' to show more strongly against the contrasting wood, giving the text a subtle white 'limed' look (as well as the 3D relief).
Please check your personalisation details are entered correctly when finalising your order, as we cannot accept amendments once your order has been placed.

The box is skilfully aged and finished by hand. Each box will be unique!
Exact colour and patina/ grain on your box will vary depending on the batch of wood and differences in the hand finishing
The inside of the box matches the outside, however we do not sand the inside so it may have rough patches. Due to this it can pick up more of the wax in areas giving a patchy look.
