The aged aluminium plaque is set under a cut-out in the lid in the shape of a heart. The personalised lettering is stamped (not engraved) with your personalised message of upto 4 lines.
Your text might include wedding details (couple's names, wedding venue, date of wedding and who it's from) or commemorate a major event like a birthday or retirement. It's up to you!
Please note that stamping can only be done in all capital/uppercase letters.The box can be personalised with A-Z, 0-9 and simple punctuation, we cannot do # () or symbols

- Sides constructed from 9mm Scandinavian birch faced ply
- Base are 4mm birch ply
- Hinged Lid in 4mm birch ply
- Horn clasp on antiqued white box
- Brass clasp on the natural wood box
- All boxes are finished inside with the natural wood finish
- Heart personalised plaque is corrosion-resistant aluminium which has a 'brushed' finish
- The plaque is not 'perfect' or supposed to be. It complements the 'weathered' wood and may also have little dents and imperfections
- Stamped message (not engraved) has character rather than being machine perfect
- Plaque lettering is stamped creating a utilitarian appearance
- The box is skilfully aged (by hand) and so will have imperfections in the wood, splits, holes, chips, scratches, patches and marks to give it that well worn look and each box will be unique!
- Exact colour and patina/ grain of box will vary depending on the batch of wood and differences in the hand finishing
