Variations
Each wedding venue portrait is illustrated by hand by Natalie Ryan, professional illustrator trading for 21 years; Natalie will sketch out your wedding venue portrait, paint with water colour and finish with pencil and ink. Once your wedding venue portrait has been created the personalisation is added and the portrait is professionally printed onto watercolour fine art papers using a superior printing process called Giclée printing (see below for a full description). If you would prefer to receive the original artwork please choose 'original artwork' from the 'illustration type' option on the right of the screen. Please note, with the original the personalisation is added by hand. Each portrait, be it Giclée or Original, is signed, dated and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
We work from a single image, you can upload an image after ordering enter a web link in the box on the right. Alternatively please email your image to [email protected] with your order number.
You can choose to have your wedding venue portrait framed. We work with a professional framing house, chosen for their superior quality and expertise, who expertly finish our wedding venue portraits. Frames are 21mm wide flat shaped picture mouldings. Made from real ayous wood with a paint finish. Our work fits into standard high street frames if this is more convenient.

Made from
Natalie’s illustrations are professionally hand drawn (this is not a digital, computer generated portrait), if you have selected the 'original artwork' you'll receive a watercolour illustration created on textured watercolour paper by hand with pen, penci and watercolours. The fine are prints are created by hand, scanned and printed in the UK using a superior printing process called Giclée. Giclée is a process commonly found in art galleries and is a fine art digital printing process combining pigment based inks with high quality archival quality paper to achieve prints of superior archival quality, light fastness and stability. We print using top-of-the-range large format printers, using Ultrachrome HD ink and print on acid free impressive 100% cotton fine art papers. Our mounts are bevel-cut and PH neutral to protect your illustration. Your wedding venue illustration will arrive cello wrapped, we offer gift wrapping for free.
About the artist: Natalie Ryan is a professional commercial illustrator whose work has been featured in Vogue, Elle, Tatler and beyond. She has illustrated many beautiful venues, churches and locations and her work is highly regarded.
Please also note if you choose to have your item framed please allow an additonal 3 working days on top of the 'get it by' date (top right). We require the same amount of time to complete the illustration and additional time thereafter for framing. If you select "original watercolour" the process takes approximately a month.
