This letterbox gift set includes:
• 3 different yoga sequences; there is one to energise you, one to relax you and one to rebalance you. The yoga sequences are printed in a folded leaflet, on recycled kraft paper. that flows with the sequence. The poses are shown with a little stick figure in the final pose and there is a step by step break down to guide you gently into the position.
• 2 herbal teas, one an energising tea, the other a relaxing tea. The teas are made using high-quality whole leaf tea, whole pieces of fruit, spices and herbs. Both tea bags are 100% plastic free and biodegradable.
• 2 handmade tealights, they are made with ethically sourced 100% natural vegetable wax. One is an energising scent and the other a relaxing scent, each handmade tea light gives you up to five hours burn time.
• A gift card with “Especially for you” on the front and blank inside for your own personal message.
