The PeppaMint is the 'must have' gadget for any geek desiring to decode the world of Arduino programming. Housed in the iconic Minty Geek tin, the PeppaMint helps you to understand the link between hardware and software as you learn to programme your own console.
To begin programming you will need to download the free PeppaMint Programming Guide which takes you through tutorials using the Arduino open source software, showing you how to light an LED within the matrix, play a tune, scroll your name and use 'if' and 'else' commands.
The PeppaMint is one of a range of electronic products from Minty Geek.
Warning - due to small components the PeppaMint is not suitable for children under 14 years of age. Building the PeppaMint requires soldering (soldering iron and solder not included in kit) and is therefore recommended for use under adult supervision.
To connect the PeppaMint console to a PC or MAC, a FTDI to USB cable is required (not included).
Included with the PeppaMint are comprehensive build instructions and information on how to download your free PeppaMint Programming Guide.
