This design is my nod to the Autumn nights drawing in, one of my favourite times of the year.
This kit was from my 7th subscription box (which completely sold out) but I know some would love to still stitch the pattern, so I am now offering it just as a KIT.
The Kit includes:• A full colour counted cross stitch pattern• 14ct black Aida fabric• DMC threads• Size 24 cross stitch needle• A 'Tips and Tricks' leaflet to get you going.
The pattern is designed for competent beginners and uses only whole cross stitches. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you experience any difficulty understanding the pattern or instructions.
This is my first cross stitch pattern to be stitched on black 14ct Aida.I know some may be wary of stitching on dark fabric so there's a video of me stitching (on my website) to show that you can see the holes in the Aida clearly if you stitch with white paper behind your project.
Variations
If ordered with a hoop, it will be a normal 6 inch bamboo hoop.To make it more dramatic, I'd advise colouring the hoop with a black POSCA pen (like I've done for my photos).
