Alpine Heart Embroidered Cushion With Pom Pom Trim

This lovely round Alpine Heart cushion in duck egg blue felt wool is appliquéd and delicately hand embroidered with a central heart surrounded by an exquisite floral wreath of roses, cream edelweiss and blue mountain flora, all hand worked in blanket stitch and French knots. It is inspired by the beautiful flowers on the Alpine mountain slopes in springtime and it perfectly compliments the other Alpine pieces. The edges of the cushion are trimmed with jolly red bobbles and it opens on the back with 2 mother of pearl buttons.
