"After shopping around on various websites for wedding invitations and obtaining lots of samples my fiancé and I decided to go with Jack & Jess. From the very first enquiry Ann, from Jack & Jess, was so friendly and helpful without pushing for a sale whatsoever. We ordered a sample of a specific design but Jack & Jess sent us several samples showcasing the different card materials and finishes their invitations could be printed on; which really helped. For my fiancé and I, it was an easy decision to go with Ann from Jack & Jess given the service we received at such an early stage and this truly wonderful service continued all the way through the design, print delivery and aftercare stages. Ann was knowledgeable and informative with what options were available, was happy to make any little tweaks we asked for and sent several proof copies for us to review before the invitations went to print; this helped incredibly by assuring us that we absolutely had the right design and look for our wedding invitations.
