Learn the history of chocolate, from bean to bar, and indulge in raw cocoa nibs and pure chocolate treats, as you explore the flavours and textures of chocolate. Learn the art of dipping, cutting, rolling, and decorating using dark chocolate ganache, creamy milk chocolate fudge, and rich melted chocolate.
Design a giant chocolate button, using professional dipping forks to create marble patterns before trying your hand at fresh truffle making,
To finish off your masterpieces, adorn them with delicate white chocolate flakes, crunchy honeycomb, and luscious strawberry curls, adding the perfect finishing touches to your edible works of art.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW. This experience is for one person but other participants will be in the class with you. The experience lasts around 1.5 hours and is available on selected Saturday and Sunday dates throughout the year, subject to availability. You’ll leave with approximately 15 of your own handmade chocolates in addition to your giant chocolate button to show friends and family (or at least a photograph of them for evidence and then eat them yourself)
