Place our Flower petal confetti inside these heart cones for a special twist or a confetti of your choice. The cute twine ties will keep the confetti in place untill it is used.
The heart shaped cone is in our rustic country kraft paper with white scripted 'Sprinkle the Love' font across the front. Hessian ties are included. Confetti is not included.
