A pair of striking owl cufflinks, in sterling silver.
Variations
These polished silver owl cufflinks are available in 2 different poses - flying and perched, and you can either get a matching pair or one of each. Each owl is handsawn from eco-silver, which is recycled and better for the environment. If you select a matching pair I will make them to face each other, but you can request otherwise if you prefer. All my jewellery is handmade in my workshop in Caerphilly, Wales.
Owls are seen as wise as well as mysterious and feminine, I can get behind that! The goddess of wisdom athena was initially represented as an Owl and later in human form often accompanied by an owl. Most owls are nocturnal or crepuscular (they come out at dawn and dusk), although some such as the little owl or Athene noctua can be seen during the day.
Made from
Each owl is handmade from eco-silver, a 100% recycled sterling silver stock. Unfortunately I cannot source the cufflink T-bars in eco-silver, so these are made from regular sterling silver.
