1. Decide if you would like the text on the pendant to be engraved vertically or horizontally (please see 'instructions' photo).

2 . Please be aware of the pendant's size, - it is 2.9cm x 1.2cm. The size of the text will depend on how many characters are present and the placement of words. You might want to draw yourself a template as a test.

3. Write the text you would like to be engraved and where possible, please do so on a white background.

4. Take a photo of the text (in natural light) and email your image to hello(at) ellaiconic.co.uk with your order ID.

5. You will receive a proof to approve within 1 - 2 working days. Once you approve it, we shall take care of the rest! Post approval personalisation takes around 2 - 4 working days.
