WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU:
Please wear appropriate clothing and foot wear you don't mind getting a few clay splats on.
Please bring your own apron and an old hand towel/tea towel. The clay doesn't stain and washes out easily so wearing old clothes is perfectly acceptable too, but please don't forget the towel! Alternatively, you can hire an apron and towel bundle from us at £5 per person. (Couples are welcome to share a bundle between them)

- VALIDITY PERIOD: Voucher holders must book and redeem their place on the Experience within 12 months of the order date.

Bookings are made subject to availability; for best availability, we advise booking within 28 days of your order being accepted. For refunds, a 28-day cancellation period applies unless the voucher has been redeemed.
- EASTNOR POTTERY TERMS & CONDITIONS:
A 10% handling fee will be applied to any future changes you need to make to your booking - Including re-scheduling and refunds.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances and you need to cancel *within 28 days of your experience, we’ll re-advertise your slot and if successfully filled, we’ll rearrange your booking (subject to availability and receipt of 10% handling fee.) Alternatively, we are happy for another family member or friend to attend in your place.
*NB if you cancel, for whatever reason, within 48 hours of your experience or fail to attend, your booking is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be re-scheduled.
If we have to cancel a workshop, you will be offered an alternative date or full refund. We cannot accept liability for travel, accommodation or other costs.
