dot&hana Jewellery
dot&hana mixes pretty, feminine, and found items to create a truly unique range of jewellery.
dot&hana jewellery is designed and made by me, Rachael Griffiths.
I created dot&hana to do the things I love best, so dot&hana is mostly about jewellery. I love discovering cute little beads and charms, and the challenges and intricacies of creating small, beautiful things.
I've been making jewellery professionally for nearly 20 years and was originally inspired in Japan where I would pick up interesting and beautiful curios to incorporate into my work. Now based in rural Scotland, I like to mix those Japanese influences with new pleasures - wild weather, seasonal colours, flora and fauna - to create my pretty and feminine designs.
Before dot&hana I sold my work online and in my boutique in Edinburgh, Hannah Zakari (once named one of the top 10 indie boutiques in the UK by Stylist magazine!). I'm also a trained dressmaker/pattern cutter, a self taught artist and I love gardening too.
Our Products
Delivery
We keep things small and sweet with our letter box sized parcels that fit right through your letter box and won't require a signature if under £50.
Orders with a value over £50 will be tracked and may require a signature.
Orders are dispatched Tuesday - Friday by 1st class post but may take longer than usual to arrive due to Royal Mail delays caused by Covid-19 or strike action.

Terms and Conditions
DELIVERIES:
- We're currently only posting items that will fit into our small postage boxes and have updated our website to reflect this. Everything online and in stock now is available to ship!
- Orders are posted via Royal Mail and will fit through your letter box. No signature will be required if your order value is under £50.
- Sorry we are no longer offering a next day delivery service.
- We are dispatching your orders Tuesday - Friday, but while the Royal Mail is stretched there may be delays to your delivery and we appreciate your patience.
- We have currently suspended all international orders.
- We appreciate your custom more than ever :-)
RETURNS:
We want you to be thrilled with your order but if you need to return an item for any reason, please post them back to us in their original packaging within 14 days and including the returns slip on your invoice.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings for hygiene reasons.
dot&hana cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in the post. Returned items are the customers responsibility until they are received by dot&hana and we recommend posting them by registered delivery.
All refunds will be made via Not On The High Street using the original payment method, e.g. to the Credit Card or PayPal account you originally paid with.
