All treats have a general shelf life of 6 - 12 months if stored in a cool, dry place

Please include the name of your dog in order for us to personalise the box for them
Please note, dog's name is written on a sticker in permanent marker pen, inside the box only
If no name is provided, a blank sticker will be sent in place

Whilst we make every effort to ensure your box arrives in perfect condition, unfortunately sometimes they can become jumbled in transit. This is due to the nature of the product and the way in which they travel to you. We would love for every box to arrive looking as lovely as our marketing photos, but unfortunately on rare occasions, that isn't always possible. We do apologise about this and are working hard to find ways to solve this without using plastic.
Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
