Orange wine has nothing to do with oranges – we get how that can be confusing. It has to do with the colour of the wine. It's a natural wine-making process where the skins and the stems of the grapes are left in contact with the juice for over a year. This makes the colour darker than normal white wine and gives it an interesting, and stronger flavour.
