Each of our impressive and unique British Hippos are designed and handmade by Vicky. The hippos make a wonderful gift for a new baby, Christening, Christmas or birthday gift. They have instant impact and will continue to be loved and cherished for years to come by adults and children alike.

Hippopotamus are CE and UKCA tested so suitable from birth up, they are also stuffed using pure wool which makes them environmentally friendly and lovely to hug!

cdbdi toys are made from 99% wool and 1% cotton ( stitching and label ) Wool is naturally flame retardant, easy to clean, breathable, non-allergenic and is perfect for asthma and allergy sufferers. It is also sustainable and biodegradable making them kind to our planet.

These gorgeous handmade soft toy hippos come in dark purple with a lilac tummy and pink nostrils! They are about 33 cms high and are super squidgy.

If you like you can have a name hand embroidered onto the hippo's tummy, this is £5 extra. Please choose Yes and add the name you would like in the personalisation box if you would like this option.

To make your hippo even more special, a personalised scroll can be printed and sent with the toy (£5 extra) Please see the image showing how the scroll will be personalised and enter your name and the name of the recipient in the scroll box, if you have selected the scroll option.

Hippo's are gift wrapped in wrapping paper and ribbon, recyclable bubble wrap and sent free to the U.K tracked and signed for post in a recyclable postal bag. Hippo's can be sent abroad but postage will be added, sadly we are not sending abroad at the moment.
