Hand Illustrated Botanicals...
Catherine Lewis Design is a botanical brand based in Cardiff and focuses on detailed botanical illustrations combined with print design which launched in 2016 by Catherine Lewis Edwards.
She worked as a Print / Textile Designer for the Fashion industry for over 8 years, creating artworks for various international retailers and decided it was time to start her own business after many evenings spent illustrating detailed botanicals.
‘This is my favourite part of the process, when I get to research the specimen, and really immerse myself in all it's details and try to capture that within my pen drawings.’
The illustrations are then digitally coloured to create current designs for multiple products, which include greeting cards, gift wrap, notebooks, art prints and cushions.
All products are proudly made in the UK.
