Carrington Foods started in the heart of the home: the kitchen. As a young boy, Dominic Winter loved nothing more than to help his grandmother with the cooking. Following his passion and proudly encouraged by his family, he went on to work as a chef for 10 years. In 2007, he decided to branch out on his own and created Carrington Foods. Initially, Carrington Foods was a mobile food stall, serving fabulous-tasting and innovative vegetarian and vegan foods at festivals, markets and private events. But there was something missing; Dominic wanted something special to accompany and complement the food he was serving. He could find nothing on the market that tasted exactly right.
Dominic set about creating a sauce that was absolutely spot on. The result was Chillichup. A delicious, versatile, mild chilli sauce infused with a rich mix of spices and chillies. We make our sauces in Kent, using chillies sourced from around the world.
Our products are 100% free from artificial flavours or any nasties whatsoever. They can be served as dips or used as condiments and make great additions to cooking. They are the perfect chilli sauce gifts for chilli connoisseurs and foodies alike.
