HOW WE GET THE FINGERPRINT:
1.Once you have placed your order, an email with instructions on taking a fingerprint will be sent to you directly. All you will need is a pencil, a piece of paper and Sellotape.
2.After you have taken the fingerprint you will need to send an image or scan of the print back to us
3.We will then send you a confirmation email to let you know that the impression has been received.
4.The scan or image will then be transformed into a stamp that is used to create the fingerprint jewellery
5.Your order will be delivered 4 working days after you have received your confirmation email

Can I use an impression I already have?
Yes – If you already have a ink fingerprint that you would like to use, please send it over to us once you have placed your order.
Is my impression good enough?
Every fingerprint impression that we receive is checked by our jewellery maker before it is used to make your jewellery, if we feel that you can get a more detailed impression you will be contacted.
