Creativity.
We are Jin & Nish, parents to two cheeky Bubs & the creators of Bubs Own.
We started when Nish wanted to create something completely unique for our first Bub, something that nobody else would have, something completely unique.
She knew Bub loved giraffes, and so designed the first unique emblem, a letter K made into a giraffe.
Friends & family commented on the design saying it is like our Bub had her own brand. A seed was planted and it occurred to us, all children are born completely unique, and so why shouldn't they have their own brand?
Machinery.
Our journey was a very steep learning curve lasting well over one year! We found out the best way we can embroider unique designs onto clothing. Our research also revealed a darker side to the clothing industry.
Partners & Clothing.
We learnt how damaging fast fashion is to our planet and how unfair working conditions were rife across the world. Our partners only use Organic Cotton that is excellent for our environment (and super soft too!) but also ensure all farmers and workers are paid fairly and have great working conditions.

Everything is created with you & your Bub in mind.
The process is very hands on. Once you have chosen your item, emblem, colours, name & emblem location, the real magic begins.
Behind the scenes we will be digitising, backing, hooping, tensioning, needle changing, adding topping, embroidering, and finally carefully hand finishing your item ensuring it is looking excellent! Your item is then hand packaged in your choice of mailer with your completely custom gift message.
Nothing makes us happier than seeing the final product we have created and seeing Bubs around the country standing out from the crowd!
Our products are manufactured with organic cotton & recycled materials. All workers from farmers to factory are looked after & paid fairly. This ensures we help care for the planet and the people in it. After all, we are simply borrowing this planet from our children.
