Making date night extraordinary
During the very first lockdown in May 2020, while stuck in a small apartment in London, Caroline and Jai realized that date nights at home were ordinary basic events with little creativity or involved super complex planning. Faced with this challenge, they decided as a couple that they would not settle for just ordinary and they started to work on creating extraordinary date nights.
From their mission, Box42 (a pun on box-for-two) was born - a company that creates unique, themed date nights for couples to enjoy from anywhere. Since its inception, Box42 has grown to become the UK's favorite creator of at-home date nights in UK and now employs a small team of 8 fantastic people who imagine, craft, and create your date nights.
Box42 takes pride in creating sustainable, inclusive, and very special date nights which are hand-crafted with love. As a co-founder couple, we make sure that every couple's date night is every bit as special as we would want our own to be.

Their boxes revolve around unique themes and each one features accessories, a curated Spotify playlist and snacks from independent businesses.
Spending so much time indoors with her partner made her realise that even if they couldn't go out, the couple needed to have "fun date nights" for the health of their relationship, but there weren't many activities to do.
