Our milky treats come in all sorts of flavours. We like to think of them as "traditional barfi with a major modern shake-up!"
Bloomin Barfi began its journey in 2020, when two loves became one! Our love for floral blooms and whipping up some delicious barfi made us think about combining everything we love in one place.
We make using edible flowers in our products a key ingredient, but we do like to offer these milky sweet treats in all sorts of flavours, so it's no surprise that sometimes our blooms sit on the shelf for us to admire.
Our kick start special moment to becoming Bloomin Barfi was in the words of a very little person who encouraged his mummy to make these delicious sweets for "everyone" to enjoy.
