Did you know? Our organic turmeric is grown in northern India where the roots of the plant give turmeric its vibrant bright yellow/orange colour and strong peppery taste. Turmeric can be helpful with inflammation and has been known to help reduce chronic pain.

Directions of use:

To consume as a delicious warm beverage. Simply add 2 full teaspoons (11g) of Blendsmiths Turmeric & Cinnamon Blend to your milk and heat to the ideal temperature using one of the recommended methods.

To enjoy iced on a warm summer’s day. Simply add Blendsmiths Turmeric & Cinnamon Blend; and milk into a blender, blast until ready and then pour over ice.
