Made from

Cooking Stone: 100% Natural Volcanic Lava Rock (dense, highly heat-retentive, and chemical-free).
Serving Frame: 100% Sustainable Natural Bamboo.
Underplate & Burners: Premium Food-Grade Stainless Steel.

Heating Instructions: The lava stone can be heated using any of the following methods prior to placing on the bamboo frame:

Oven: Preheat to 280°C – 350°C for approximately 40–60 minutes.
Hob / Stove: Heat directly on gas or electric rings/burners on medium-high heat.
Grill: Heat directly under a high grill setting.
Barbecue: Place directly on the grill grates during your outdoor BBQ. (Full step-by-step instruction manual included in the box).

Care & Cleaning:

Hand Wash Only: None of the components are suitable for the dishwasher (except the stainless steel underplate).
Lava Stone: Always allow the stone to cool down to room temperature before cleaning to prevent thermal shock. Hand wash using hot water and a stiff nylon brush or scouring pad. Avoid dish soap or harsh chemical detergents, as porous lava stone can absorb flavors. Never submerge or leave the stone soaking in water. Air dry thoroughly before storing.
Bamboo Frame: Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth after use and dry straight away. Do not soak or immerse in water. To maintain the natural luster of the wood, treat periodically with a food-safe mineral oil.
Stainless Steel Underplate & Burners: Wash with warm soapy water and dry with a soft towel.
