Crafted from 100% natural volcanic lava rock, expertly sourced from Mount Etna and tested for exceptional durability and heat retention. Designed to fit comfortably in all standard home ovens and outdoor BBQs.

Cleaning:

- Allow the stone to cool completely before cleaning. Hand wash using hot water and a stiff nylon brush or scouring pad.

- Never use washing-up liquid, or chemical detergents, and do not soak in water. Volcanic rock is naturally porous; it will absorb soap and taint the flavours of your future bakes. Not dishwasher safe.

Thermal Shock Protection:

- Always place the stone inside a cold oven before turning on the heat. Allowing it to heat up gradually alongside the oven prevents thermal shock, which can cause the stone to crack.
