- Please send us a good quality high-resolution image. Every pixel counts! Images taken on phones are normally good enough, but we need the original image and not a screenshot.

- Check your composition. The very best images have your subject in the middle of the frame. If we have any concerns we'll contact you before we start the design. Please note, we are unable to remove the background.

- Make sure the image is well lit and in focus. A blurry or dark image will impact the final artwork.

Our watercolour portrait prints are individually designed to your requirements and a giclee print is then created using ultrachromatic professional inks on archival enhanced matte paper.
