Wildflower honey is a poly floral honey made when bees pollinate a variety of flowers and blossoms. Generally it has a light and fruity flavour, the specific wildflowers from which the bees got the nectar to make this honey will make the flavour more delicate or intense.

Hops infused Sparkling mead has crisp and hoppy flavour. It pairs well with salmon, tuna & other high-fat, oily fish and also with marbled meats and barbeques.

This one might convert the ale drinkers, thanks to the crispness from the hops infused in the blend. Brewed with a wildflower honey, the flavour can change slightly depending on the flowers the bees have found on their travels. Generally, though, you’ll find this one light and almost fruity, with that hoppy crispness you might expect. Perfect paired with salmon, tuna or other oily fish, it also works well with barbecued meats and fat marbled cuts of meat such as tomahawk steaks.
