3 bean to bar chocolate bars hand crafted in Devon from ethically soused cocoa beans
made by a husband and wife team in south devo, we hand roast and stone ground for 3 days to give a smooth velvety chocolate experience we don't use and emulsifiers or additives and all ingredients are completely natural.
we also try to source are ingredients as ethically as we can, using ethical bean buys to work with small cooperatives from around the would get interesting and rear beans from around the world. then letting the cocoa do the talking that's why in our single origin bars we only use 2 ingredients cocoa nibs and sugar.
