Mark one of the most meaningful days in a child's life with this beautiful Personalised First Holy Communion Compass. More than a keepsake, a compass is a lovely symbol of faith and guidance, a gentle reminder that they will always find their way, wherever life leads them.
The smooth brushed gold casing features an elegant chalice motif and curved communion header, etched by our specialist engraving team. Below, we engrave the child's name and your own two-line dedication, so every compass becomes a truly personal treasure. You could add a blessing from godparents, the date of the ceremony or a few loving words from the family.
Fully functional and beautifully made, the compass opens on a secure flip hinge and features a classic suspension loop at the top, so it can be kept on a chain or tucked safely into a keepsake box. At just 5cm wide, it sits perfectly in a small hand or pocket. Stepping away from ordinary trinkets, it balances traditional religious symbolism with a personal touch, making it a thoughtful gift from parents, godparents, grandparents and family friends.
It's a keepsake designed to last well beyond the celebration. Years from now, they can open it and be reminded of their First Holy Communion and the people who stood beside them on that special day.
Personalisation tips: add the child's name on the first line (up to 12 characters), followed by a two-line dedication (up to 25 characters per line). Your message will be engraved exactly as entered, so please check your spelling, spacing and punctuation carefully.
