Dove Bird Antique Personalized Locket Necklace

This beautiful Victorian inspired locket necklace features a sweet dove bird charm, which hangs with an antique gold brass locket.

The locket can be personalized with two photos of your choice, using a specially designed technique for a perfect fit. We can also engrave a name or message on the back of your locket.

In the Victorian era, the dove was a deeply layered symbol representing peace, love and purity. Frequently featured in jewelry, it signified harmonious relationships and marital bliss. When depicted with an olive branch, it specifically stood for hope and promise.

The locket measures 20mm across and is made from solid brass. The chain is a chunky, carabiner style lock and can be worn at any length up to 24" long. Please refer to our illustration for a better idea of how various necklace lengths may look when worn.

We can personalise this locket for you, using a carefully designed technique to transfer your photographs onto the metal of the pendant itself, for a really soft and unique vintage effect.
