The two week wait can be one of the most difficult parts of fertility treatment. It’s a time when there are lots of thoughts and feelings to process and it can be a challenge to keep a positive outlook.
When I was going through treatment I placed these cards next to my bed, they were the first thing I saw in the morning and the last thing I read before I went to sleep each night. It really helped to give me a boost and surround myself with positive encouragement.
Some ideas for how to use the cards:
• Leave them by your bedside to read each morning and evening.
• Use them as bookmarks in your IVF Planner.
• Create a positive fertility treatment mood or vision board.
