The gemstone is carefully cut into shape and framed with a thick layer of 18 carat gold plating (1 micron) on sterling silver and an e-coating to impede tarnishing.

The chain is a delicate 1mm cable chain comprising 18 carat gold plating (1 micron) on 925 sterling silver (recycled gold and silver).
