OUR CARDS
None of our cards are made with real glitter (because that would just be too messy)
However, they are beautifully printed, resembling the images you see on our store.
You can choose from a 6x6" square or upgrade to 8x8" for that extra WOW!
Our cards are a handpicked, custom made, premium quality with a textured look & feel for that elegant finish.
DELIVERY
Typically dispatched within 1 day & delivered via Royal Mail in 1-3 working days and if you need it super speedy then we recommend you upgrading to express service which is a rapid service.
DISPATCH & POSTAGE
We pride ourselves on dispatching all items quickly usually within the same day (sometimes longer during busy periods) but if you need it in a hurry we do offer an EXPRESS UPGRADE which ensures your order is prioritised with tracking
**IMPORTANT - DELIVERY WITH ROYAL MAIL**
Please be aware that Royal Mail provide us with 'estimated' delivery times for delivery but these are not always guaranteed. We urge our customers to please leave enough time when ordering before the item is expected to cover any unexpected delays.
We are not responsible for any delays in the postal service if we have dispatched an item in the correct timeframe & we cannot offer a refund due to delays out of our control within the postal service. Royal Mail state that post cannot be deemed as 'lost/missing in the post' until after 10 working days, so until that point we cannot intervene.
IMPORTANT - We rely on our customers to add the address details in correctly, and we cannot be held responsible for any un-delivered or delayed post due to this. Please ensure that you have checked this and included the postal code too before finishing your order :)
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY CUSTOMERS
Unfortunately we cannot offer a Tracked 24 / 48 service as it is for domestic service only , but we will post your orders out the same day if ordered before 3pm GMT - to get a head start for you!
Delivery times are expected to be around 3-10 business days to accommodate for any hold ups through customs but this can vary beyond our control.
ADDING A PERSONAL MESSAGE INSIDE OF THE CARD?
- We can add a printed message for you inside the card and either send direct to recipient or to you to post yourself.
Simply just choose a card size with a 'Printed Message' option & add your wording in to the personalisation box.
WHERE SHALL WE SEND IT?
If choosing to go direct to recipient, we will send the card within the sealed envelope, inside a do not bend envelope.
If choosing to come direct to you, we will send to you in a do not bend envelope with a complimentary blank envelope inside, to re-send on to your special person.
