Personalisation:They may be customised using one of our flags, with your chosen name and/or age (this will be letters not numbers e.g. forty not 40) or you may decide to create your own wording flag up to 20 characters...(a space is counted as a character) for example, Happy Birthday, Love you etc.

Due to all items being made to order we have a five working day turn around time. Please be aware that if selecting Tracked Express Delivery the product will be delivered the next working day AFTER it has been dispatched. Our standard free delivery is normally within six working days, and often much sooner.
Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
