Dukkah is an Egyptian and Middle Eastern condiment consisting of a mixture of herbs, nuts, and spices.
How to use:
It can be used for truly anything, from creating a crispy coating on fish (see the recipe) to acting as magic seasoning dust for a fried egg, as a dip with bread or fresh vegetables. Sprinkle it on hummus, yogurt as a dip. Splrinkle on to avocado and toast, great with roasted vegetables. The possibilities are endless.
