This attractively designed selection gift box contains an assortment of our wine vinegars. A great way to try out new flavours. Each box contains 3 bottles.
We make all our wine vinegars from scratch with 100% natural ingredients at our home in Yorkshire. They are carefully double fermented and aged before bottling to create distinctive tastes and complex depths of flavour. They are all raw, unpasteurised and contain 'the mother', are vegan friendly and contain no additives, sulphites or additional preservatives.
By using natural produce when it is at its freshest means that the flavour range is aligned with the growing seasons giving these vinegars an added dimension of interest.

The vinegars are totally handmade using natural ingredients and slow fermentation processes. Roots, fruits, berries and blossoms are handpicked and fermented into wine, and then the wine fermented into vinegar. The vinegars are 'raw' and contains an active culture. Storage of unopened bottles is indefinite but once opened should be used within 12 months for the best taste.
We aim to make our products as eco friendly and sustainably as possible. Buying from local farmers, growing our own and foraging all keep the food miles to a minimum. Using traditional natural slow fermentation processes as well as bottling by hand means the energy used in production is minimal. Our packaging is all recyclable, including the biodegradable labels.
