This kit contains high-quality components and ingredients to enable artisan meat preparation: curing salts, seasoning blends for each style (juniper & fennel, chilli & garlic, etc.), marinating bags, curing bags, cotton twine, meat hook, gloves, cheesecloth, wooden skewers, measuring spoon and recipe book.
You’ll need to supply your own fresh meat (typically 500 g per recipe) and any smoking or drying equipment you choose to use.
Care instructions: keep the kit contents sealed, dry and out of direct sunlight until use. Once opened, store any unused seasonings in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Discard any curing or marinating bags after each use.
