Saffire Chocolates is a three-generation family business built on a love of handmade chocolate and the joy of sharing something truly special.
Founded in 2005 by my grandmother, Saffire began with her passion for crafting beautiful chocolates from scratch. Over time, both my mum and dad joined her, helping to grow the business and establish a beloved shop in the heart of Norwich city centre.
In 2023, I proudly took over the reins as the third generation of chocolatiers. After many wonderful years in the city, I brought Saffire Chocolates back home — not to our family home, but to my own kitchen, where I now make everything by hand. It’s a return to our roots: small-batch, handcrafted chocolates made with care, creativity, and a touch of family tradition in every piece.
